RONNA BURGER is the Catherine & Henry J. Gaisman Chair in Philosophy at Tulane University. She is the author of books on Plato's Phaedrus and Phaedo, Aristotle's Ethics, and articles on Greek philosophy, Maimonides, and the Bible, as well as coeditor of essay collections by Seth Benardete or on his work.
