Theodore Albert Fuller

Colonel Theodore Albert Fuller (1909–1990) was a graduate of Texas A&M, served in the US Army, then transitioned to the US Air Force. Fuller served on Gen. Bradley's 12th Army Group staff, helped plan the invasion of Normandy, and participated in five campaigns. While an assistant air attaché in the American Embassy in London from 1949 to 1952, Fuller helped design the American Memorial Chapel in St. Paul's Cathedral, London.
