Once Upon a Whoopee is the story of one of the most unforgettable minor-league franchises in history. Bill Buckley, an Atlanta businessman, was general manager of the Whoopees in 1973-1874. Ed Grisamore is a newspaper columnist for The Macon Telegraph and author of True Gris.
